Russell Oates
Assistant Director of Music Ministry
Rusty is Assistant Director of Music Ministry at All Saints Lutheran Church. He graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor of Music, in Music Education, in May of 2016 and currently serves as Choir Director for Licking Heights Central Middle School.
