Children and Youth Choirs
Children can grow in faith and expand their musical education through All Saints’ outstanding youth choir program. Each choir usually sings once or twice each month from September through May. Director Brenda Curie was hired this fall and will continue the tradition of great music that has been a hallmark of All Saints for participants of all ages.
The three choirs, which are grouped by age, rehearse on Sundays at the following times:
Carol Choir (grades K-2) – 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Youth Choir (grades 3-6) – 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Singing Saints (grades 7-12) – 6:30-7:30 p.m.
About Brenda Curie: Curie is a Summa cum Laude graduate of Capital University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in music education. Curie also received a master’s degree from The Ohio State University in piano pedagogy (piano teaching). She has extensive choral background, having served as the conductor of the Capital University Columbus Youth Choir for 12 years. She also has worked with the Columbus Children's Choir, The Ohio State University Chorale and the Opera Columbus Outreach Program.
To participate: Children interested in singing are encouraged to attend the next rehearsal. A registration form can be printed and returned.
