Yoga/Pilates


All Saints’ own Jane Karras offers yoga and Pilates courses. Here is the schedule.

Yoga
6 p.m. Mondays. Final class of year is Dec. 12.

5:45 p.m. Wednesdays. Final class of year is Dec. 7 (no class Dec. 14). 

Gentle Yoga
9:30 a.m. Thursdays. Final class of the year is Dec. 15.

Pilates
 9:30 a.m. Wednesdays. Final class of the year is Dec. 14.

Classes will resume their regular schedule in January. 

All classes are drop-in and open to everyone regardless of fitness level and meet in Parish Hall. The cost is $5 per session.

Weather policy: If Worthington Schools are canceled, all classes are canceled. Morning delay cancels morning classes; early dismissal cancels evening classes.

Cyclists

Whether you’re an avid cyclist or a recreational roller, consider joining the All Saints Peloton. It’s a great opportunity for fellowship and fitness.

Saints in Stride

Saints in Stride will participate in the Nationwide Better Health Columbus Full and Half Marathon, the Columbus Wellness 5k and the Youth Red Nose Run on Sunday, Oct. 16.

Training will start in middle or late June, following Hal Hidgon’s schedules (visit www.halhigdon.com.) An eight-week 5K schedule also will be available.

In the meantime, Matt is doing a “break-in” of four to six weeks for anyone who is interested in tackling a Full Marathon in the fall. The long runs on Saturday are going to be four- to six-mile runs.
